4010 · Tax Preparation & Review

Prepared, signed, and defended — by a license, not a disclaimer.

Individual, S-Corp, partnership, and corporate returns, including multi-state filings. Every return passes through two licensed preparers — prepared by a CPA or Enrolled Agent, reviewed against source documents, and signed by the firm’s principal CPA — and if the IRS ever asks about it, the person who signed it answers.

4011 · What’s Included

More than a filing.

A folded stack of hundred-dollar bills resting on a Form 1040 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return
4010 · Every deduction you’re entitled to — and a signature behind it
4012

Business Returns

Forms 1120-S, 1065, and 1120 with the schedules that trades businesses actually generate: depreciation and §179 elections, vehicle and equipment schedules, owner basis tracking, and K-1s that your personal return can actually use.

4013

Individual Returns

Form 1040 with business income, rental property, and multi-state situations handled correctly — prepared alongside the business return so the two never contradict each other.

4014

Multi-State Filings

Apportionment and nonresident filings for businesses that work across state lines — filed where you owe, and not where you don’t.

4015

Second Opinions & Back Returns

Prior-year returns reviewed for missed deductions and errors, and unfiled years brought current in the right order — usually the first step in any IRS resolution.

✓ REVIEW STANDARD  Every figure is checked against source documents before signature. Reconciliations tie, numbers foot and cross-foot, or the return does not go out.

What documents do you need to prepare my return?

For a business: your bookkeeping file or bank statements, prior-year return, asset purchases and loan documents, and payroll reports. For individuals: the usual income forms plus anything with a story behind it. We send a tailored checklist through the portal at the start of the engagement, so you gather everything once instead of in a dozen emails.

How does fully virtual tax preparation actually work?

You upload documents to the encrypted portal, we prepare and review, and you approve and e-sign from wherever you are. A phone or video call covers questions. The only difference from an office visit is the drive.

I haven’t filed for a couple of years. Where do I start?

With the oldest year and a deep breath. Unfiled returns are common, the fix is procedural, and voluntary filing is dramatically better than waiting for the IRS to file a substitute return on your behalf — substitutes give you none of your deductions. We sequence the catch-up, prepare the years, and handle any notices that follow.

Will you review a return another preparer filed?

Yes — second opinions are a standing service. We look for missed deductions, misapplied elections, and errors worth amending. If the return was done well, we’ll tell you that too; the review ends with an honest answer either way.
