5200 · For Clients

Everything you need, one door.

Current clients: the portal is the front door for everything — documents, signatures, and deliverables. Bookmark it, and never send tax documents by regular email again.

5210 · The Portal

Secure file exchange & e-signature.

Client Portal

Upload documents, retrieve deliverables, and sign electronically — encrypted in transit, with identity verification. Works from a phone on a job site as well as it does from a desk. The portal is an exchange channel, not an archive — records management stays with you, so download and keep your own copy of anything you’ll need later.

Sending documents safely

Photograph or scan, then upload to the portal — not email. Regular email is not a secure channel for tax documents, and portal uploads land directly in your file where the team works. Locked out? Call the office and we’ll reset access.

5220 · The Calendar

Standing deadlines worth knowing.

Q

Quarterly Estimates

Individual and owner estimated taxes: April 15, June 15, September 15, and January 15. If we plan your estimates, the vouchers and amounts arrive through the portal ahead of each date.

01

January 31

W-2s to employees and 1099-NECs to contractors. If we run your payroll or track your subs, this one’s ours — your job is W-9s collected before first checks.

03

March 16 / April 15

Calendar-year S-corp and partnership returns are due mid-March; C-corps and individuals mid-April, with extensions available. Document checklists go out well before — the earlier the upload, the earlier the filing.

Anything With a Deadline

IRS notices, state letters, bond-agent requests: send them through the portal the day they arrive. Deadlines are manageable when we see them early and miserable when we don’t.

✓ ONE ASK  When in doubt, upload it. An unnecessary document takes us seconds to set aside; a missing one can hold up a filing.
